About the event

Freedaum Yoga Hiking Retreats are back in 2025!

Join Justine from April 11-13 for some time out to reset, reconnect & come home to yourself. This retreat will be located in the lovely quaint town of Talbingo which is surrounded by the beautiful snowy mountains & is scheduled at this time, so we can enjoy the luminous colours of autumn.

A beautiful term that has always resonated with me is Shinrin-yoku, which is the medicine of simply being in nature. This term has been my main inspiration whilst creating FreedAUM Yoga Hiking Retreats – Because through the weaving together of safety, connection, community, support, fun, adventure, play & love whilst being immersed in nature, we can access this readily available medicine; healing our mind, body & soul & resetting our nervous systems.
